This paper deeply analyzes the implementation principles,strategies,methods and effect evaluation measures of the top design of the power system of large-scale coal chemical projects,defines the core principles of the top design,including safety,stability,energy saving and environmental protection,digitalization and intelligence,and puts forward the corresponding design strategies and implementation steps.Such as power system structure optimization design,electrical equipment selection and configuration,monitoring and dispatching system construction and other specific methods,and emphasize the importance of risk management and response measures as well as effect assessment and optimization adjustment,providing useful reference and guidance for the top-level design of power system of large-scale coal chemical projects.
