At present,most of the domestic colleges and universities have established a relatively perfect laboratory safety management mechanism,but laboratory safety accidents still occur from time to time,the root cause is the lack of safety management ability of the laboratory safety responsible person.Combining philosophy,psychology and other theories,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the grass-roots management of laboratory safety personnel in colleges and universities,explores ways to improve the management efficiency of safety personnel,puts forward suggestions to awaken the safety awareness of safety personnel,shape a high sense of responsibility,and cultivate safety professional ability,and formulates an effective incentive mechanism to provide guarantee for the improvement of management efficiency.
