文章分析了某工业固废填埋场地下水中 5 种重金属的浓度水平,考察了地下水抽出处理工艺对重金属的去除效果,同时探讨了抽出处理工艺运行中的优化措施.结果表明,Fe和Mn的平均质量浓度分别为 0.6 mg/L、0.4 mg/L,As、Ni和Hg的最大检出浓度不超过 0.1 mg/L;地下水中重金属浓度超标倍数为 0.5~14.6 倍,超标率为 5%~20%,超标情况主要发生于Ⅰ层;抽出处理后地下水中重金属浓度整体呈先上升后下降的趋势,去除率分别为 0%~60%,后续系统运行过程中应定期监测地下水中重金属的浓度变化,以判断长期处理效果.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the concentration levels of 5 heavy metals in the groundwater of an industrial solid waste landfill,investigates the effect of groundwater extraction treatment on the removal of heavy metals,and discusses the optimization measures in the operation of extraction treatment process.The results showed that the average mass concentrations of Fe and Mn were 0.6 mg/L and 0.4 mg/L,respectively,and the maximum detectable concentrations of As,Ni and Hg were less than 0.1 mg/L.The concentration of heavy metals in groundwater exceeded the standard by 0.5~14.6 times,and the rate exceeded the standard by 5%~20%,which mainly occurred in layer I.After extraction treatment,the concentration of heavy metals in groundwater as a whole showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the removal rate was 0%~60%,respectively.During the subsequent system operation,the concentration change of heavy metals in groundwater should be regularly monitored to judge the long-term treatment effect.
