Application of Chitosan-based Photosensitive Hydrogels in Light Curing 3D Printing
Chitosan is a biodegradable and biocompatible natural polymer, which is widely used in medical and environmental engineering fields.Combined with photocuring technology,chitosan-based photosensitive hydrogels can be developed for 3D printing, using UV light to cure quickly to form complex structures with precise control. In this paper, the selection and pretreatment methods of chitosan, the selection of appropriate photosensitizer, the adjustment of 3D printing equipment and the optimization of printing parameters are described. The physical and chemical properties of chitosan-based photosensitive hydrogels are discussed, and their photosensitive reactions are studied by spectral analysis. These research results not only demonstrate the application potential of chitosan-based hydrogels in 3D printing, but also open up new possibilities for manufacturing personalized medical devices and advanced materials research.
