燃气电厂安全关键设备识别和性能指标建立研究

燃气发电不仅能作为节能减排的重要方式,还能够提供稳定的电力供应,已经得到了越来越多的认可和推广。但近年来,燃气安全事故频发,对燃气电厂设备设施本质安全要求也越来越高。因此,文章系统地识别出燃气电厂重大事故危害(MAH),基于对MAH的预防和控制作用识别出安全关键设备(SCE),制定安全关键设备的性能指标(PS),从而控制重大事故的发生。
Research on Identification of Safety Critical Equipment and Establishment of Performance Standards in Gas Power Plants
Gas power generation has not only become an important way of energy conservation and emission reduction,but also provides stable power supply,which has been increasingly recognized and promoted.However,in recent years,gas related safety accidents have occurred frequently,and the essential safety requirements for equipment in gas power plants have become increasingly high.The stable operation of gas power plants is of great significance.Therefore,this paper systematically identifies major accident hazards(MAH)in gas power plants,identifies safety critical equipment(SCE)based on the prevention and control of MAH,and develops performance standards(PS)for safety critical equipment to control the occurrence of major accidents.
