摘要

文章主要研究了在役输油站场追加区域性阴极保护系统,并探索其与智能化技术的融合策略.为此,设计并实施了一套集成化的智能化区域性阴极保护系统.该系统包括多路输出恒电位仪、云端数据管理系统、柔性阳极和深井阳极等关键组件,通过公用通信网络实现远程数据采集,从而统一管理阴极保护数据.实验结果证明,该系统显著提升了输油站场阴极保护的智能化水平和管理效率,为确保在役输油站场的长期安全稳定运行提供了有力保障.

Abstract

This paper mainly studies the addition of regional cathodic protection system in the in-service oil transmission station,and explores its integration strategy with intelligent technology.Therefore,a set of integrated intelligent regional cathodic protection system is designed and implemented.The system includes key components such as a multi-output potentiostatic device,cloud data management system,flexible anode and deep well anode,and unified cathodic protection data management through remote data acquisition via a public communication network.The experimental results show that the system significantly improves the intelligent level and management efficiency of the cathodic protection of the oil transmission station,and provides a strong guarantee for the long-term safe and stable operation of the oil transmission station in service.
