摘要

加氢裂化装置是石油化工行业中一类重要炼油装置,也是现代炼油二次加工、重油轻质化的主要装置之一.文章针对新建加氢裂化装置反冲洗过滤器反洗时发生的液击现象进行介绍,运用液击理论中的数学模型,对液击产生的原因进行计算和分析.通过对比几种常见消除液击的方法,最终选择延长阀门关闭时间,成功解决了该装置反冲洗过滤器液击问题.

Abstract

Hydrocracking unit is one of the important oil refining units in petrochemical industry,and it is also one of the main devices of modern oil secondary processing and light heavy oil.This paper introduces the phenomenon of liquid strike in the backwash of the backwash filter in the newly built hydrocracking unit,and uses the mathematical model in the theory of liquid strike to calculate and analyze the cause of liquid strike.By comparing several common methods to eliminate liquid shock,the valve closing time was prolonged,and the problem of liquid shock of backwashing filter was solved successfully.
