摘要

一步酸溶法固液沉降分离技术是粉煤灰酸法提取氧化铝的核心工艺,文章针对沉降分离工艺采用单因素试验研究方法,重点考察了絮凝剂的种类、料浆固含、料浆温度及絮凝剂的添加量对稀释料浆固液分离沉降效果的影响,获得了最优工艺参数,为粉煤灰提取氧化铝固液沉降分离工艺技术优化提供理论依据,也对絮凝剂的应用有较大的参考作用.

Abstract

One-step acid solution method solid-liquid sedimentation separation technology is the core technology of fly ash acid extraction of alumina.This paper adopts single factor test research method for sedimentation separation process,focusing on the effects of flocculant type,solid content of slurry,slurry temperature and flocculant addition amount on the solid-liquid separation and sedimentation effect of diluted slurry,and obtains the optimal process parameters.It provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the solid-liquid settlement separation technology of fly ash extraction of alumina,and also has a great reference for the application of flocculants.
