Process Risk Analysis of Chlorination Reaction Unit in A Fine Chemical Plant
In the field of chemical industry,the chlorination reaction unit of fine chemical plant is one of the key production units.The current safety assessment methods still have the problems of insufficient understanding of potential accident risks and unclear evaluation of safety measures.In this regard,the paper introduces the application of Mund method in detail,establishes the accident tree and calculates the importance of the event structure,and analyzes the risk of materials and equipment under different conditions,so as to improve the accuracy of safety risk identification,strengthen the effect of preventive measures and coping strategies,and provide a more scientific and detailed assessment tool for the safety management of chlorination reaction units in chemical plants.Promote the safety level of chlorination process.
