Operation and Management of SO2 Process for Organic Amine Adsorption and Analysis
In recent years,the organic amine adsorption analysis process has been more and more widely used in the treatment of acidic gas tail gas in the field of smelting,and this process has higher requirements for process production control.When the process management is not appropriate,it is easy to produce process production accidents and cause economic losses.Based on the actual production and operation and management process of organic amine adsorption and analysis SO2 process,this paper systematically analyzed the risk points and production mechanism of organic amine adsorption and analysis process and APU resin adsorption and impurity removal process.The control parameters of the process were optimized by experiment and mathematical analysis,and the operation safety and stability of the process were improved.
