The characteristics of a project,such as great difficulty in technological innovation,high requirements for performance improvement and fierce competition for winning bids,as well as the particularity of the preparation stage before bidding,determine the demonstration and verification organization mode of large-scale cooperation of industry superior resources before bidding.Combined with the development characteristics of a project in the demonstration and verification stage,the project team summarized a set of outsourcing task management methods suitable for the demonstration and verification stage through classified management of outsourcing tasks and supporting units,and achieved certain results in practical application,which not only improved management efficiency,but also provided strong support for subsequent winning bids.
