随着全球能源危机的加剧和环境保护意识的增强,化工生产作为能源消耗大户,其能源利用效率直接关系到企业的经济效益和社会的可持续发展。文章基于能源管理的基本概念和原则,提出了化工生产过程中的能源消耗特点和效率评价指标体系,利用Tobit模型探讨影响化工生产能源管理与效率的关键因素,以期为化工行业的节能减排和可持续发展提供理论指导。
Energy Management and Efficiency Improvement in Chemical Production Processes
With the aggravation of the global energy crisis and the enhancement of environmental protection awareness,chemical production as a major energy consumer,its energy utilization efficiency is directly related to the economic benefits of enterprises and the sustainable development of society.Based on the basic concepts and principles of energy management,this paper puts forward the characteristics of energy consumption and efficiency evaluation index system in the chemical production process,and uses Tobit model to explore the key factors affecting the energy management and efficiency of chemical production,with a view to providing theoretical guidance for energy conservation,emission reduction and sustainable development of the chemical industry.
