The main risks and countermeasures in the early stage of chemical project construction are studied and analyzed.Firstly,the necessity and importance of risk management in the early stages of chemical projects were introduced.Secondly,taking the 6 000 t/a fluororubber chemical project as an example,the main sources of risk in the early stage of chemical project construction are discussed,including decision-making risk,project management organizational structure risk,policy risk,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures for the main risks in the early stage of chemical project construction,aiming at improving the management level of chemical project in the early stage.
