Compliance management is an important management method for many enterprises,and it is no exception for oil extraction plants.In order to further explore the compliance management of oil extraction plant investment plan,this paper starts from the requirement of"implementation supervision and full compliance"put forward by the oilfield company on the operation and management,and further combines it with the actual investment plan of the oil extraction plant to summarize the way of compliance management of the investment plan of the oil extraction plant and the results achieved,and further enrich the research findings of compliance management of the investment plan of the oil extraction plant.
