With the increase of project scale and construction technology complexity,subcontracting has become an inevitable trend.In the field of subcontracting,there is both cooperation and competition between the general contractor and subcontractor.How to manage the subcontracting work well and get the expected benefits from it is a long-term task that needs comprehensive coordination.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses subcontracting management from the perspective of the general contractor,including subcontracting resource development management,subcontracting contract signing management,subcontracting contract performance management,subcontracting assessment and evaluation management,aiming to provide reference for the practice of subcontracting management.
