Research on the Method of Promoting Cost Management of Offshore Engineering Project by Information Technology
The traditional cost management of offshore engineering project has some shortcomings,such as poor timeliness of transmission,inability to share data,high human error rate and inability to return empirical data,which lead to low efficiency of cost management.The information technology gradually promoted in the field of construction engineering can improve the execution efficiency of project managers in project operation,because of its characteristics of networking,automation and cloud processing.Based on the analysis of the implementation scheme of information technology,this paper discusses the methods and approaches to improve the cost information management of offshore engineering project from the perspective of the combination of project cost management system and project visualization technology.
