Graduation design is one of the most impressive aspects of undergraduate education for students,and improving the quality of graduation design is an inevitable measure to cultivate high-quality applied technical talents.This paper integrates the outcome-based education(OBE)concept,introduces a series of initiatives to improve the quality of graduation design carried out by the polymer materials and engineering majors in the teaching process around the graduation design scale and the promotion of employment,which has achieved certain results in the enhancement of students'comprehensive ability,and provides new ideas for the cultivation of talents with applied technology in the context of emerging engineering education.
