Study on Student Class Management Based on the Academic and Career Development Planning for Post-2005 Chemical Engineering Undergraduates
Through the investigation of chemical college students,this paper studies how post-2005 college students carry out class management and daily construction through academic career planning and career development direction.Combined with the characteristics of chemical engineering students in the new era,the head teacher cooperated with the counselor to carry out special work,innovative new methods and new paths for class construction,and enhance the collective sense of belonging and collective consciousness of students through the academic development characteristics of students in different grades.It needs to make clear the goal of academic development,transform the goal of class construction into the conscious behavior of class members,and effectively build a good class style and study style.The survey results show that clear career planning and academic direction can not only effectively improve the efficiency of class management,but also help students better adapt to future career challenges.Through the introduction of modern management tools such as academic management,career planning and class construction that can assist in the construction of chemical undergraduate classes,counselors and professional course teachers work together to carry out class construction,helping students to strengthen class cohesion on the basis of clear personal goals and form a good style of study and class.
