基于FC+OBE理念的食品工厂设计教学体系改革与实践

食品工厂设计是食品质量与安全专业的核心课程,但传统教学模式存在不足之处,难以适应食品行业发展对人才的需求。因此,文章基于FC+OBE理念,借助长江雨课堂平台构建线上线下混合式教学模式,以培养具备扎实专业知识、较强创新实践能力以及良好职业素养的人才为目标。在推进思政教育的同时优化教学内容,构建多元化考核评价体系,真实反馈教学效果。课程实践结果表明,学生较为满意基于FC+OBE教学理念的线上线下混合式教学模式,已达到预期效果。
Reform and Practice of Teaching System for Food Factory Design Course Based on FC+OBE Concept
Food factory design is the core course for food quality and safety major.There are some shortcomings in traditional teaching model,and it is difficult to adapt to the needs of talents for the development of food industry.Therefore,based on the concept of FC+OBE,this paper builts an online-offline blended learning mode with the help of Changjiang rain classroom teaching platform,aiming to cultivate talents with solid professional knowledge,strong innovation and practical ability,and good professional quality.While promoting ideological and political education,this paper optimized the teaching content and built a diversified assessment and evaluation system to truly feedback the teaching effect.The results of the course practice showed that the students were satisfied with the online-offline blended learning mode based on FC+OBE teaching concept,and this research achieved the expected effect.
