Determination of the Content of the Main Active Ingredient Gastrodin in Gastrodia Elata from Emei
To provide scientific basis for further research on gastrodia elata resources and sustainable utilization through the determination of main active ingredient gastrodin content in gastrodia elata from Emei,high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)is performed on Hypersic BDS C18(200 mm×φ4.0 mm,5 μm)column with acetonitrile-0.05％phosphoric acid solution(volume ratio 3∶97)as the mobile phase,the column temperature is 30 ℃,the detection wavelength is 220 nm,and the flow rate is 0.8 mL/min.The average content of gastrodin in the two groups of gastrodia elata samples of Emei is 0.532 3％and 0.4232％,all above 0.020 0％.The number of theoretical trays is more than 10 000.The number of theoretical trays is much higher than the standard stipulated in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The content of main active ingredient gastrodin of the gastrodia elata from Emei is very high,it has high medicinal value and utilization value.
