峨眉山天麻中主要活性成分天麻素的含量测定

通过对峨眉山天麻中主要活性成分天麻素的含量测定研究,为进一步深入研究天麻资源学与可持续利用提供科学依据.使用色谱柱为Hypersic BDS C18(200 mm× φ4.0 mm,5 µm),柱温为30 ℃,检测波长为220 nm,流动相为体积比3∶97的乙腈-0.05%H3PO4溶液,流速为0.8 mL/min的反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)进行含量测定.测定出峨眉山天麻两组样品中主要活性成分天麻素的平均含量分别达到0.532 3%和0.423 2%,均大于0.020 0%,而且理论塔板数均超过10 000,远高于2020年版《中国药典》规定标准.峨眉山天麻中主要活性成分天麻素含量比较高,有很高的药用价值和资源开发利用价值.
Determination of the Content of the Main Active Ingredient Gastrodin in Gastrodia Elata from Emei
To provide scientific basis for further research on gastrodia elata resources and sustainable utilization through the determination of main active ingredient gastrodin content in gastrodia elata from Emei,high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)is performed on Hypersic BDS C18(200 mm×φ4.0 mm,5 μm)column with acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid solution(volume ratio 3∶97)as the mobile phase,the column temperature is 30 ℃,the detection wavelength is 220 nm,and the flow rate is 0.8 mL/min.The average content of gastrodin in the two groups of gastrodia elata samples of Emei is 0.532 3%and 0.4232%,all above 0.020 0%.The number of theoretical trays is more than 10 000.The number of theoretical trays is much higher than the standard stipulated in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The content of main active ingredient gastrodin of the gastrodia elata from Emei is very high,it has high medicinal value and utilization value.
