摘要

日蒸发率是评价LNG储罐保冷性能的关键指标,对储罐蒸发率计算及调试技术研究有利于LNG储罐安全稳定运行及维护.通过对LNG全容储罐结构的研究分析,文章分别对罐顶漏热、罐壁漏热和罐底漏热进行计算分析,同时考虑太阳辐射温升对储罐蒸发率的影响,给出储罐蒸发率计算方法,并结合储罐蒸发率测试方法测试实际项目储罐蒸发率,对计算方法进行复核和验证.

Abstract

Daily evaporation rate is a key indicator for evaluating the cold insulation performance of LNG storage tanks.Studying the calculation and debugging technology of tank evaporation rate is beneficial for the safe and stable operation and maintenance of LNG storage tanks.By studying the structure of LNG full capacity storage tanks,calculation and analysis were conducted on the heat leakage from the tank top,tank wall and tank bottom.At the same time,the influence of solar radiation temperature rise on the evaporation rate of the tank was considered,and a calculation method for the evaporation rate of the tank was provided.At the same time,combined with the tank evaporation rate testing method,the calculation method was reviewed and verified through the actual project tank evaporation rate testing.
