Abstract
This article explores the importance of laboratory safety management in universities and its implementation strategies.The safety management of university laboratories involves multiple aspects,including improving management systems,strengthening hazard identification and risk assessment,strengthening monitoring and early warning,improving personnel quality and skills,enhancing emergency response capabilities,as well as introducing advanced management technologies.In order to manage laboratories more effectively,many universities are actively introducing advanced technologies such as IoT technology,artificial intelligence and machine learning,intelligent access control systems,as well as laboratory information management systems.These measures can effectively improve the safety management level of university laboratories and ensure the smooth progress of teaching and research activities.At the same time,universities should continue to pay attention to the development of new technologies and methods,continuously innovate and improve laboratory safety management measures,and provide strong guarantees for the safety and stability of university laboratories.
