摘要

加氢站作为未来能源转换与交付系统的关键基础设施,其安全运营对保护人员和环境安全至关重要.火灾与爆炸事故作为加氢站面临的主要风险之一,需要对其进行深入的风险评估和采取有效的防控措施,以确保公共安全.文章从综合性的角度出发,针对加氢站的火灾风险进行了全面评估,包括火灾风险的类型识别、风险分析、防控措施的设计与实施以及火灾发生后的应对和恢复策略.通过安全设计与技术标准的制定、先进的检测与监控系统部署、应急预案的详细制定与实地演练以及事故后的评估与快速恢复,文章提出了一套系统性的解决方案,旨在显著降低加氢站的火灾风险,增强事故应对能力,为加氢站的安全管理提供科学指导和实践参考.

Abstract

As a key infrastructure for future energy conversion and delivery systems,the safe operation of hydrogen refueling stations is crucial for protecting safety of personnel and environment.Fire and explosion accidents,as one of the main risks faced by hydrogen refueling stations,require in-depth risk assessment and effective prevention and control measures to ensure public safety.This article provides a comprehensive assessment of the fire risk of hydrogen refueling stations from a comprehensive perspective,including identification of fire risk types,risk analysis,design and implementation of prevention and control measures,as well as post fire response and recovery strategies.Through the development of safety design and technical standards,deployment of advanced detection and monitoring systems,detailed development and on-site drills of emergency plans,as well as post accident evaluation and rapid recovery,this article proposes a systematic solution aimed at significantly reducing the fire risk of hydrogen refueling stations,enhancing accident response capabilities,and providing scientific guidance and practical reference for the safety management of hydrogen refueling stations.
