Research on the Influence of DC Stray Current on Corrosion Interference of Buried Energy Pipelines
The existence of DC stray current will have many impacts on buried metal long distance energy pipelines.Based on the analysis of different types of DC stray current,this paper specifically analyzes the influence of DC stray current on the corrosion degree of buried metal long distance energy pipelines and law of function,and summarizes the different effects and law of function of steady-state current and non-steady-state current,as well as the electrochemical corrosion behaviors and differences.On this basis,the effects of DC stray current on metal buried long distance energy pipeline materials are analyzed from the two aspects of metal corrosion behavior and cathodic protection system,and the origin of DC stray current is summarized and analyzed.Finally,the corrosion causes and shortcomings of buried metal long distance energy pipelines under DC current interference are summarized.
