多级离心泵故障停车的原因大多是设备结构设计不合理.文章通过对TDF型多级离心泵运行故障进行分析及总结,分析了TDF型多级离心泵设备频繁故障的主要原因,其中平衡盘的灵敏度和材质、3台高压锅炉给水泵共用一条平衡管是造成高压锅炉给水泵启动时平衡线压力控制困难、平衡盘长期磨损、平衡盘频繁瞬时咬死的主要原因.文章明确提出了将平衡管线外接改造为内接、材质更新、提高平衡盘灵敏度的解决问题方案,改造后有效解决了制约TDF型多级离心泵在启动过程中平衡盘频繁抱死的故障问题,彻底消除了这一困扰已久的缺陷,确保了高压锅炉给水系统的稳定性,为装置平稳运行作出了积极贡献.
Operation Fault Analysis and Treatment of High Pressure Boiler Feed Water Pump
The failure of the multi-stage centrifugal pump is mostly caused by the unreasonable design of the equipment structure.By analyzing and summarizing the operation faults of TDF type multi-stage centrifugal pump,the main reasons for frequent failures of TDF type multi-stage centrifugal pump equipment are analyzed,among them,the sensitivity and material of the balance disc and the common balance tube of three high pressure boiler feed water pumps are the main reasons that make the pressure control of the balance line difficult,the balance disc wear for a long time and the balance disc instant bite frequently when the high pressure boiler feed water pump starts.This paper puts forward the solution to the problem of transforming the external connection of the balance pipeline into the internal connection,renewing the material and improving the sensitivity of the balance disc,after the transformation,the problem that the balance disc of the TDF type multi-stage centrifugal pump frequently locked in the starting process is solved effectively,and the long-troubled defect is completely eliminated,the stability of high pressure boiler water supply system is ensured.It makes a positive contribution to the smooth operation of the device.
