Optimization Study on the Improvement of Tylosin Fermentation Tank Total of One Billion
Combined with the actual production situation,the paper studies the production improvement of tylostin,discusses the optimization process of tylostin fermentation tank total of one billion,finally achieves the purpose of fermentation tank total of one billion,so as to improve the extraction yield,as well as the yield and production capacity of finished products.The results show that the increase of starting potency,the increase of tank volume,the shortening of fermentation cycle and the increase of the number of tank batches all have a vital impact on the tylostin fermentation tank total of one billion.
