The management of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises is difficult.Faced with a large number of tedious management affairs,the management team needs to do a good job by simplifying the core issues.This paper takes Chongqing Jianfeng Haokang Chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example,and combines years of management practice to find the core work,construct the main line of work,concentrate energy and deeply implement it.Practice has proven that the core work methods deeply established by the company have improved management efficiency.
