Exploration of Promoting the Construction Path of HSE System in Grassroots Units
In order to strengthen the foundation of safety and environmental protection management in grassroots units and firmly establish the first awareness of safety production,this article takes the construction of HSE system as the starting point,analyzes the problems in the operation of HSE system in grassroots units,explores the feasible construction path to promote the HSE system in grassroots units,and proposes specific construction strategies from improving ideological awareness,strengthening supervision and assessment,risk identification and evaluation,and establishing special incentive mechanisms.Research has shown that the establishment and implementation of the HSE management system have made work more scientific,standardized,and standardized,and management level has advanced towards refinement.Various accident hazards have been effectively controlled,laying a foundation for achieving better safety production performance at the grassroots level.
