With the rapid development of the chemical industry,chemical enterprises are facing increasing challenges in safety management.The high-risk production environment,complex process flow,and use of hazardous chemicals make the prevention and control of safety accidents a top priority in enterprise management.With the development of the chemical industry,how to effectively build a safety culture and prevent accidents has become an important issue in enterprise management.Starting from the characteristics and importance of safety culture construction in chemical enterprises,this article analyzes the difficulties in accident prevention and proposes corresponding strategies.
