Contractor Safety Management Strategies and Practices in the Offshore Engineering Manufacturing Industry
Based on industry characteristics and accidents data,this paper analyzes the trend of contractor accidents.In view of the main problems and challenges faced by contractor safety management in the offshore engineering manufacturing industry,based on engineering practice and management analysis,drawing on the safety management experience of the construction engineering industry,a series of safety management strategies are proposed from two dimensions:the contractor organization itself and the contractor personnel,including qualification review,contract management,personnel access and key personnel management,etc.,furthermore,the application of information technology in contractor safety management is introduced,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for safety management in the offshore engineering manufacturing industry.
