Build High-quality Virtual Simulation Resources to Improve the Quality of Petrochemical Apprenticeship Training
In order to adapt to the characteristics,transformation and upgrading of petrochemical industry and the requirements of regional economic development,the necessity of modern apprenticeship training for petrochemical majors was discussed.From the construction of apprenticeship training mechanism and management system,the creation of"double tutor"team,the construction of high-quality resources and other aspects of improving the quality of apprenticeship training measures.Based on the characteristics of virtual simulation resources and their important position in the training of petrochemical apprenticeship talents,it is proposed to develop and construct various forms of high-quality virtual simulation resources through school enterprise cooperation to improve the quality of training.
