综合实验是冶金工程专业开设的重要实践类必修课程,在传统综合实验中恰当地融入人工智能学科知识对冶金工程智能制造方向人才培养具有重要意义.选取基于 51 单片机的金属铝液氢含量测定为素材,进行了教学内容体系和教学过程的整合和设计,形成了由氢传感器制作与组装、单片机及外围电路搭建、单片机控制程序设计、上位机软件制作及金属液氢含量测定 5 个版块构成的系统完整的冶金综合实验教学内容体系,以期为冶金工程专业智能制造方向本科生培养提供教学资源和参考.
Practical Resource Construction of Metallurgy Intelligent Manufacturing Based on 51 Single Chip Microcomputer
Comprehensive experiment is an important compulsory course for metallurgical engineering,it is of great significance to properly integrate the knowledge of artificial intelligence into the traditional comprehensive experiment for the talent training of specialty of metallurgical engineering and intelligent manufacturing.The measurement of hydrogen content in aluminum liquid based on 51 single chip microcomputer was selected as the theme,the integration and design of the teaching content system and teaching process were carried out,and a complete teaching content system of metallurgical comprehensive experiment was formed,which consists of five parts:hydrogen sensor production and assembly,single-chip microcomputer and peripheral circuit construction,single-chip microcomputer control program design,upper computer software design and metal liquid hydrogen content measurement.It may provide teaching resources and reference for the undergraduate training of the specialty of metallurgical engineering and intelligent manufacturing.
