无机化学实验是高校食品专业的基础课程之一,其实验教学质量与学生的实验技能和实践能力密切相关.近年来,随着互联网和信息技术迅速发展,信息化教学成为高等教育改革的必然趋势.因此,基于信息技术进行无机化学实验教学的改革在提高教学质量方面具有重要作用.文章针对本校无机化学实验教学中存在的问题,对应用信息技术改革无机化学实验的教学模式进行了探讨,为进一步优化实验课程教育模式、提高学生的实践和创新能力奠定基础.
Innovation and Practice of Teaching Model of"Inorganic Chemistry Experiment"Based on Information Technology
Inorganic chemistry experiment is one of the basic courses of food majors in university.The quality of experimental teaching is closely related to students'experimental skills and practical ability.In recent years,with the rapid development of internet and information technology,information-based teaching has become an inevitable trend of higher education reform.Therefore,the reform of inorganic chemistry experiment teaching with information technology plays an important role in improving teaching quality,and is also of great significance to the development of food industry.In view of the problems existing in the teaching of inorganic chemistry experiments in our school,this paper discussed the application of information technology to reform the teaching mode of inorganic and analytical chemistry experiments.This study lays a foundation for further optimizing the teaching mode of experimental courses and improving students'practical and innovative ability.
