文章利用玻璃纤维材料对聚苯硫醚树脂进行增强改性得到复合材料,并探讨了其性能表现.在制备聚苯硫醚树脂复合材料时,分别添加 15%、20%、25%比例的玻璃纤维材料,并对制备所得复合材料的力学性能、热变形温度、熔融性能展开测试与分析.研究结果表明,玻璃纤维的加入显著提高了复合材料的力学性能和热变形温度,尤其在强度和耐热性方面表现优异.玻璃纤维在增强聚苯硫醚树脂复合材料的热变形温度、力学性能和熔融性能方面具有一定优势,可以为多个领域提供高性能的材料解决方案.
Preparation and Performance Analysis of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyphenylene Sulfide Resin Composite Materials
This study uses glass fiber materials to enhance and modify polyphenylene sulfide resin to obtain composite materials,and explores their performance.When preparing polyphenylene sulfide resin composite materials,glass fiber materials with ratios of 15%,20%,and 25%were added,and the mechanical properties,thermal deformation temperature,and melting performance of the prepared composite materials were tested and analyzed.The research results indicate that the addition of glass fiber significantly improves the mechanical properties and thermal deformation temperature of composite materials,especially in terms of strength and heat resistance.Glass fiber has certain advantages in enhancing the thermal deformation temperature,mechanical properties,and melting performance of polyphenylene sulfide resin composites,can provide high-performance material solutions for multiple fields.
