针对传统桥式抓斗起重机在使用过程中的缺陷,引入DCS控制系统及WCS线性绝对值编码器,对抓斗起重机进行自动化改造,实现了现场无人化操作,降低了设备的故障率和工人的劳动强度.自动控制系统的引入,使全过程各阶段间平滑过渡,控制精度更高、作业速度更快,极大提高了抓斗起重机的工作效率.该设计在山西中煤平朔能源化工有限公司煤气化装置抓斗改造中应用,效果显著.
Design and Application of Automation System for Bridge Grab Crane
In response to the shortcomings of traditional bridge type grab cranes in use,DCS control system and WCS linear absolute value encoder were introduced to automate the grab crane,achieving unmanned operation on site,reducing equipment failure rate and labor intensity of workers.The introduction of automatic control systems has made the transition between each stage of the entire process smooth,with higher control accuracy and faster operation speed,greatly improving the work efficiency of grab cranes.The design has been applied in the grab bucket transformation of coal gasification plant of Shanxi China Coal Pingshuo Energy Chemical Co.,Ltd.,and the effect is remarkable.
