电缆模块化分簇射孔技术研究及应用

电缆模块化分簇射孔技术是目前国内应用于页岩气水平井开发的关键技术,文章主要对技术的发展现状、应用结构进行了分析总结,对雷管与电子选发开关在枪串的布置方式进行了研究对比.目前,采用的分离式结构在现场使用存在故障率较高的问题.文章提出了模块化分簇射孔的概念,研究了组成结构及集成形式,通过将电子选发开关与雷管的集成,提高了现场使用的可靠性,同时对安全性结构进行了研究分析.文章总结了目前该技术国内主要使用的枪串组合形式,有利于更多的研究者进行选择使用,也为未来发展提出了无线控制起爆的模块化分簇射孔技术的建议.
Research and Application of Cable Modular Cluster Perforating Technology
The cable modular cluster perforating technology is the key technology applied to the development of shale gas horizontal wells.This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the development status and application structure of the cluster perforating technology at present,studies and compares the layout of detonators and electronic selector switches in gun strings.The current separated structure has a high failure rate when used on site.This article proposes the concept of modular cluster perforation,studies the composition structure and studies the integration form of detonators and electronic selector switches.By integrating electronic selector switches with detonators,the reliability of on-site use is improved.At the same time,the safety structure of electronic selector switches is studied and analyzed.This paper summarizes the main gun string combination forms currently used in China for this technology,which is beneficial for more researchers to choose and use.It also proposes suggestions for future development of wireless controlled detonation modular cluster perforation technology.
