Analysis and Response of Safety Accident in Oil-pipeline Storage and Transportation
Oil has been the pillar of the national economics lifeline as the black blood in the modern society with rapid economic development.Pipeline can effectively alleviate the uneven distribution of domestic energy resources,and promote high quality econonmic development as the oil carrier.Oil-pipeline has been developed for many years interiorly and through central,north,mid-south and northwest regions in China that has the festures of wide range of distribution,high cross-density and high complexity.The author will investigate and analyse the causes of oil-pipeline safety accidents from the aspects of natural factors,human factors,corrosion and essential characteristics of pipeline,and put forward reasonable responses according to the characteristics and development trend of pipeline storage and transportation.It is hoped that it can provide valid ideas for enterprises to solve relevant troubles.
