Development and Application of Stable Operation Technology of Innovene Process Reactor
Innovene polypropylene process reactor has a short operation cycle and is often stopped for maintenance due to high floating bearing temperature.Abnormal accumulation of powder inside the floating end head will be found in inspection.Bearing damage is serious,roller deformation;Lip seal wear serious,basic failure.By studying and analyzing the operation condition of the reactor,combined with the maintenance phenomenon,the reasons and measures affecting the stable operation of the reactor were found from the source of fine powder inside the floating end head,abnormal wear of the bearing and lip seal,which laid the foundation for the stable production of the device in a long period.
