摘要

文章重点分析了影响泰州石化加氢裂化装置自控率的因素,以及较低的自控率对安全生产和操作效益的影响.通过优化控制回路的PID参数、变更控制逻辑和新增控制回路等手段,加氢裂化装置自控率和操作平稳率实现大幅提高,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了运行本质安全,同时使全体操作人员树立了全流程自控化理念,实现经济效益和安全效益的双赢局面.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the factors affecting the self-control rate of Taizhou petrochemical hydrocracking unit and the impact of the low self-control rate on safe production and operation benefits.By optimizing the PID parameters of the control loop,changing the control logic and adding the new control loop,the automatic control rate and operation stability rate of the hydrocracking device have been greatly improved,reducing the labor intensity of the operator and improving the essential safety of operation.At the same time,all operators have established the concept of self-control of the whole process to achieve A win-win situation of economic benefits and security benefits.
