摘要
生态环保部明确指示,焦化厂生成的煤焦油渣被视为危险废物,禁止直接排放.煤焦油渣是一种有害有毒的危险废物,处理不当易造成环境污染,且其还含有大量的固定碳和有机组分,具有较高的热值,如果能将之化害为利、变废为宝,对陕西北元集团锦源化工有限公司"节能降耗"工作具有重要意义.文章以焦油渣和煤粉为原料结成球,用于复合炉焦化后,作为电石制备的原料,实现煤焦油渣资源回收利用,降低公司炼焦生产成本和危废处理费用.
