摘要

白藜芦醇是一种植物来源的多酚类化合物,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,长期以来其水溶解度低、稳定性差的问题限制了其临床开发.纳米给药系统可以提高难溶性药物的生物利用度、稳定性,近年来,研究人员设计了多种类型的纳米给药系统,提高了白藜芦醇的生物利用度.现文章综述近年来白藜芦醇纳米微粒新型给药系统研究进展,旨在为其在临床开发与应用提供新的思路.

Abstract

Resveratrol is a kind of plant-derived polyphenol compound,which has many pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor.For a long time,its low water solubility and poor stability have limited its clinical development.Nano drug delivery system can improve the bioavailability and stability of insoluble drugs.In recent years,researchers have designed many types of nanodrug delivery systems to improve the bioavailability of resveratrol.This paper reviews the recent research progress of novel drug delivery system for resveratrol nanoparticles,aiming to provide new ideas for its clinical development and application.
