摘要

随着锂电池行业的快速发展,涂布机作为锂电池生产过程中的关键设备,其废气处理问题日益凸显.其中,N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)作为涂布机烘箱废气的主要成分之一,具有较高的回收价值.文章深入探讨锂电池涂布机烘箱废气中的N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)回收工艺,通过分析废气成分,结合现有回收技术的优缺点,提出一种高效的NMP回收方案.该方案提高了NMP的回收率,而且降低了能耗和环境污染.实验结果表明,优化后的回收工艺在工业应用中具有显著的经济效益和环境效益.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the lithium battery industry,the coating machine,as a key equipment in the production process of lithium batteries,has become increasingly prominent in its exhaust gas treatment problem.Among them,N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP),as one of the main components of the exhaust gas from the coating machine oven,has high recovery value.This study delves into the recovery process of N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)from the exhaust gas of the lithium-ion battery coating machine oven.By analyzing the composition of the exhaust gas and combining the advantages and disadvantages of existing recovery technologies,an efficient NMP recovery scheme is proposed.This scheme improves the recovery rate of NMP and reduces energy consumption and environmental pollution.The experimental results indicate that the optimized recycling process has significant economic and environmental benefits in industrial applications.
