复杂条件下的气柜拆除工艺

气柜由本体和附属电梯组成,附属电梯井通过分段吊装拆除.在气柜本体拆除时,将气柜立柱分为千斤顶立柱与非千斤顶立柱两组,通过液压集群千斤顶对两组立柱进行交替受力,成功实现了气柜整体下降的"倒拆法"拆除,证明了技术方案在实际应用中的可行性.相比传统拆除方法,其减少了高处作业与大型吊装,降低了拆除安全风险,具有较高的经济效益,为类似设备拆除提供了参考.
Dismantling Process of Gas Cabinet Under Complex Conditions
The gas cabinet consists of a main body and an auxiliary elevator,and the auxiliary elevator shaft is dismantled by segmented lifting.When dismantling the gas cabinet body,the gas cabinet columns were divided into two groups:jack columns and non jack columns.The hydraulic cluster jacks were used to alternately apply force to the two groups of columns,successfully achieving the"reverse dismantling method"for the overall lowering of the gas cabinet,proving the feasibility of the technical solution in practical applications.Compared with traditional demolition methods,it reduces high-altitude operations and large-scale lifting,lowers demolition safety risks,and has high economic benefits,providing a reference for the demolition of similar equipment.
