大型LNG接收站储罐罐壁钢筋网片抗倾覆装置研究与应用

LNG 储罐是一种高承台预应力混凝土筒体结构,主要用途为存储液化天然气,其具有良好的绝热性能和较大的容积,能显著降低液化天然气的存储及使用成本.在储罐建造时,采用分层浇筑,低温钢筋先制作成内外侧两种钢筋网片,再吊装至指定位置进行绑扎连接.在钢筋网片绑接过程中,采用传统工艺内外钢筋网片之间或者钢筋网片外侧安装抗倾覆支架或抗风拉带,钢筋网片容易受到风力影响而发生倾斜甚至可能造成倾覆,将对工程形成巨大安全隐患.
Research and Application of Anti Overturning Device for Steel Mesh on Tank Walls of Large LNG Receiving Stations
LNG storage tank is a high platform prestressed concrete cylinder structure,mainly used for storing liquefied natural gas.It has good insulation performance and a large volume,which can significantly reduce the storage and use costs of liquefied natural gas.When constructing storage tanks,layered pouring is used.Low temperature steel bars are first made into two types of steel mesh on the inner and outer sides,and then lifted to the designated position for binding and connection.In the process of binding steel mesh sheets,traditional techniques are used to install anti overturning brackets or wind resistant straps between the inner and outer steel mesh sheets,or on the outer side of the steel mesh sheets.The steel mesh sheets are easily affected by wind and may tilt or even overturn,affecting the project.
