Analysis on Lean Management during Operation Period of Technical Transformation Project in Petrochemical Enterprises
Technological transformation in petrochemical enterprises is an effective means to solve development bottlenecks and enhance competitiveness.The article takes the lean project management of a petrochemical enterprise on the southeast coast of China as a case study.From the aspects of improving organizational structure,strengthening responsibility system,and attaching importance to schedule planning,the entire project cycle is sorted,summarized,and improved:full scheme demonstration,serious project approval,strict control of design quality,improvement of procurement(capital return)efficiency,optimization of construction management,and improvement of post evaluation system.A set of scientific management methods has been established,providing guarantees for accurate project decision-making,controllable investment and progress,achieving expected results,and leveraging the short,flat,and fast characteristics of technological transformation projects.
