This paper focuses on the field of chemical industry enterprises,and deeply discusses the innovative measures of creating professional leading demonstration enterprises in team practice.Taking Dushanzi Petrochemical Company as an example,through the implementation of forging long board,reinforcing short board,solid floor mode,with the"five optimization"strategy to achieve ethylene output breakthrough,and the use of"five essential method"to promote the"three bases"work,not only strengthened the team's collaborative ability,but also injected new vitality for the development of enterprises,successfully improved the production efficiency and management level of chemical equipment.
