This paper analyzes the characteristics and process of nuclear power plant spare parts procurement management,combined with 5R control of procurement,and puts forward the difficulties and key control points in the process of nuclear power plant spare parts procurement.On this basis,the concrete solution is put forward,and the preliminary solution direction is put forward for the problems existing in the procurement of spare parts for the subsequent nuclear power plant.
