The follow-up survey of students'employment status is an important measure of employment service in higher vocational colleges and an important basis for promoting the reform of enrollment and talent training in higher vocational colleges.There are some problems in the current mechanism of tracking the employment status of students in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient work guarantee,uncooperative objects,insufficient research on survey indicators and single survey method.To this end,the article puts forward to attach great importance to improve the system,strengthen the guarantee,smooth communication channels;Strengthen information feedback and survey index design in multiple dimensions;Using the Internet,combined with daily work,enriching investigation methods and other suggestions,the purpose is to establish,improve and improve the working mechanism of tracking and investigating the employment status of chemical students,and provide a basis for the reform of talent training programs.
