高盐废水除氟工艺及电絮凝除氟实验的应用

文章分析了含氟废水的现状,阐述了高盐含氟废水产生原因及处理难度,结合高盐含氟废水的水质特征,总结了包括吸附塔吸附工艺、树脂离子交换工艺、活性炭粉煤灰吸附工艺、化学试剂沉淀工艺、电渗析工艺及电催化除氟工艺的工艺特征及各自的优缺点.结合唐山某焦化处理高盐含氟废水的实验情况,将化学沉淀法、电絮凝除氟法与焦化高盐含氟废水的处理效果作了对比.最后,通过耦合化学沉淀法及电絮凝除氟工艺,在除氟剂投加量为1‰,电絮凝电压为5.4 V,pH值为8.5的条件下,将进水的氟离子从181.0 mg/L降低至16.3 mg/L,为高盐含氟废水处理工艺探索出了一条新思路.
Defluorination Technology of High Salt Wastewater and Application of Electric Flocculation Defluorination Test
In this paper,the present situation of fluorine-containing wastewater is analyzed,the causes and treatment difficulties of high-salt fluorine-containing wastewater are described,and the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the process including adsorption column adsorption,resin ion exchange process,activated carbon fly ash adsorption process,chemical reagent precipitation process,electrodialysis process and electrocatalytic defluorination process are summarized in combination with the water quality characteristics of high-salt fluorine-containing wastewater.Based on the experimental results of a coking wastewater with high salt fluorine content in Tangshan,the effects of chemical precipitation and electric flocculation were compared with those of coking wastewater with high salt fluorine content.Finally,by coupling chemical precipitation method and electroflocculation defluorination process,the influent fluoride ion was reduced from 181.0 mg/L to 16.3 mg/L under the conditions that the dosage of defluorination agent was 1‰,the electroflocculation voltage was 5.4 V,and the pH was 8.5,and a new idea was explored for the treatment of high-salt fluorine-containing wastewater.
