GIS重大危险源风险监测预警系统在化工园区的应用

珠海经济技术开发区化工园区坐落于珠海市金湾区南水镇,是珠海重要的工业集聚地之一,总面积为30.73 km2,主要包括精细化工区、石油化工区和石化仓储区三个分区.截至2023年底,该园区内共有56家涉及危险化学品的重大危险源企业,120余处重大危险源单元.因此,该区已成为易燃、易爆、有毒有害重大危险源高度集中的地区.为提高园区整体安全生产管控水平,园区建设了重大危险源风险监测预警系统,并通过实时监控辖区内的危化品重大危险源情况,并结合企业基础动静态数据、GIS地理信息和互联网数据进行分析,在利用大数据分析和危化品重大危险源风险预警模型的基础上实现了对安全风险智能辨识、评估以及安全风险总体态势与预警的功能,提高了整个园区的安全水平和应对突发事件的能力.
Application of GIS Major Hazard Source Risk Monitoring and Early Warning System in Chemical Industry Park
The Chemical Park of Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone is located in Nanshui Town,Jinwan District,Zhuhai.It is one of the important industrial clusters in Zhuhai with a total area of 30.73 km2,which mainly includes three sub-areas:fine processing area,petrochemical area and petrochemical storage area.By the end of 2023,there are 56 major hazard enterprises involving hazardous chemicals and more than 120 major hazard units in the park.Therefore,the area has become a highly concentrated area of flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful major hazards.In order to improve the overall production safety management and control level of the park,the park has built a major hazard risk monitoring and early warning system,and through real-time monitoring of the major hazards of hazardous chemicals within the jurisdiction,combined with the basic dynamic and static data of enterprises,GIS geographic information and Internet data for analysis.On the basis of big data analysis and the early-warning model of major dangerous sources of hazardous chemicals,the intelligent identification and assessment of security risks as well as the overall situation and early warning of security risks are realized,which improves the safety level of the whole park and the ability to deal with emergencies.
